Introduction

PMV Engineering is proud to announce its new EASA STC ref. 10058429 related to « TPED tolerance on A320 family ». It currently covers more than 100 aircraft equipment lists (A319/A320/A321) and will significantly ease your life if you intend to use Wifi in cockpit and cabin environments.


Partnering with Adcisse, PMVE developed its own software-driven methodology to reduce the number of vacations necessary to cover aircraft fleet for TPED testing.

 

 


Your needs

The objective of this STC is to demonstrate a Transmitting Portable Equipment Device (T-PED) Tolerance on A320 family.

No equipment is installed within this STC.

The T-PED Aircraft tolerance is demonstrated for all flight phases, including critical ones, hence both back door and front door coupling are considered.

 

 


Your benefits

The T-PEDs usage by passengers in the cabin or by flight crew in the cockpit is limited to WIFI (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac wireless standards 2,4GHz and 5GHz).

The analysis of T-Ped interference are based on ED130, DO294C and DO307 documents.
