Installation of CMA6800 LCD display to replace Honeywell ED-800 CRT

The Esterline CMA-6800 Display is a form-fit-function replacement for the Honeywell ED-800 CRT displays on a number of aircraft, with a modern LCD display using LED backlight.

The Part 25 AML STC includes the Citation III, VII, Gulfstream III, Hawker 800 series/Hawker 1000, Fokker F27, Falcon 900, Bombardier 415, 600 series and Dash 8. Sikorsky S76 STC will be available soon.

Duncan Aviation is proud to partner with ACSS to participate in the launch of the NXT-700 transponder and the development of the Approved Model List (AML) Supplemental Type Certificate (STC).

The NXT-700 is a Mode S transponder that satisfies the DO-260B mandate for Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B), and the AML STC will include more than a dozen legacy aircraft models.

ACSS Offers NXT-700 ADS-B Compliant Transponder for Legacy Corporate Aircraft

ACSS, an L-3 and Thales Company, has developed an ADS-B transponder solution for legacy corporate aircraft, the NXT-700. This next-generation Mode S transponder will satisfy the DO-260B mandate for Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) on many legacy aircraft models and will reduce owner/operator costs, as well as downtime, because it is a “one-quarter ATR short” form-fit installation.

Installation and operation of upgraded IFE/SATCOM system

Introduction of Aircell SwiftBroadband System (SBB) with an Aircell Cabin Telecommunications Router (CTR). This is an Inmarsat only system for both voice calls and high-speed data connections.

The system comprises of the following: 

•A SwiftBroadband Unit (SBU), which will replace the existing Satellite Communication Unit.

•A High-Power Amplifier/Low Noise Amplifier/Diplexer (HLD), which will replace the

High Power Amplifier/Low Noise Amplifier (HPA/LNA).

•An Intermediate Gain Antenna, which will replace the existing Satcom Antenna Note: The Satellite Communication Unit, HPA/LNA and Satcom Antenna form part of the AFIS Satcom System, which is to be removed.

•An Aircell Cabin Telecommunications Router (CTR) interfaced with the Aircell

SwiftBroadband System (SSB) via an Ethernet cable.

Mechanical & Electrical installations for tablet computer support incockpit of CRJ-700/-1000 and /-900Revision 1: CL-600-2D24 (RJ SERIES 900) is added

Installation of AlliedSignal Mark V enhanced ground proximity warning system with windshear advisories.

Installation of a Collins TCAS-94 Traffic Alert and Collision Avoidance System (TCAS II).
